Check-in & Check-out
Guests are welcome to check in starting from 2:00 PM, while check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be honored based on room availability at the time.
Cancellation Terms
Flexible Rate: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or failure to show up without prior notice will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount of the stay will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
Parking
For added convenience, the hotel provides three underground parking levels exclusively for guests.
Taxes & Service Charges
As per Egyptian law, all room rates are subject to a 14% tax and a 12% service charge.
Airport Transportation
Guests can enjoy a complimentary airport shuttle upon request. Additionally, chauffeured limousine services are available for an extra fee.
Children Policy
Children under 6 years old stay and dine for free when sharing a room and meal plan with their parents (maximum two children per room).
Children aged 6–11 years sharing with parents enjoy free accommodation and a 50% discount on buffet meals (maximum two children per room). One extra rollaway bed is available upon request and subject to availability.
